On August 10th, 2022, a new restaurant opened in Burlington: Poke Oasis.
Dubbed “Sushi With Style” - Poke Oasis did not disappoint! You can select one of their meal options, or you can build your own bowl. There are also a variety of appetizers, sides, and beverages.
Poke Oasis is an excellent addition in town for fresh sushi and seafood. The owners are trying to bring the fun of Poke that you may see in bigger cities (i.e. Los Angeles).
We built our bowls this time and took an Avocado Bomb with us. If you love crab and avocados, we highly recommend that you try out the Avocado Bomb!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations and ensured the customization of our poke bowls was to our satisfaction. While we did not dine in this time, the restaurant was very clean and welcoming.
The owner is excited to bring this fun concept to Skagit Valley, and we are delighted to have Poke Oasis as a fun & new option in town!
