Samish Bay Overlook
Samish Bay Overlook is THE spot for absolutely stunning views of the Skagit Flats and Samish Bay. The overlook can be reached by vehicle or the Pacific NW Trail (that leads to Oyster Dome). Whether your looking for a nice stop on your way up to the dome, or a spot to bring your picnic lunch and enjoy incredible views, this is the perfect place! This is also an ideal location to catch a colorful pacific northwest summer sunset.
Padilla Bay Trail Shore Walk
This picture-esc trail is a popular location for hiking a biking alike. It is an accessible flat trail that offers gorgeous views of Padilla Bay and an abundance of wildlife. Peregrine falcons are often spotted along the trail during the winter season, along with 9 other species.
Bonnie and Clyde Trail
This close by trail has it all, ocean and mountain views; beautiful forest hiking. Located at Little Mountain Park, the Bonnie and Clyde Trail is a local favorite. Along they way up to the summit overlook, you will pass and abandoned car - the namesake of the trail!
