Owned by Mike Dyberg, who fell in love with Western Washington 10 years ago, this aviation business offers flying lessons, scenic tours, aircraft rental, ferry services, and more. Mike has been flying for over 50 years and has a passion for inspiring the love of flight in people of all ages. Proudly proclaiming that he has “failed retirement three times,” Mike’s passion for his business is easily observed when he instructs. A natural teacher, his eyes light up when he begins to explain various instruments and flying tactics to eager pupils.
Scenic Tours
Dyberg Aviation offers 30-minute or 1-hour tours over Skagit County and the surrounding areas. Available all year round, these tours offer stunning views of your choice of terrain. Here are a few of our recommendations:

Flying Lessons
Fallen in love with flying? Get your pilot’s license from Dyberg Aviation, the top choice for pilot training in Burlington! Dyberg instructors provide a high-standard training program that covers all aspects of aviation. Aspiring pilots can attain their private license, as well as a high-performance endorsement, ATP certification, instrument license, and commercial license.
Dyberg even offers youth aviation summer camps for kids interested in airplanes and flying. Camps are annually held in the summer, span four days, and are available for children ages 12 and up.
Aircraft Rental/Hanger Rental
Have everything but the plane? No problem! All four of Dyberg Aviation’s aircraft are available for rent for an hourly rate including fuel.
